Dear Friends and Neighbors,

My name is Matt, and I’m Donald’s campaign manager. I coordinate our campaign team, plan next steps, and oversee the budget. And we’re about to take a big step to move the campaign forward: buying the voter file.

A voter file lets the campaign plan the precise amount of people we need to persuade and turn out in order to win. It’s a critical tool that nearly all campaigns use, and it’s essential for our victory. Here’s the thing: it’s $5,000.

To make this work in our budget so early in the campaign, Donald and I are going to have to ask for your help. 

I know that sounds far down the road, but it’s key for us to use this information so we can strategize early. This will bring us one step closer to achieving universal kindergarten, lowering prescription drug costs, and protecting our environment.
