John—Did you see this? The Trump administration is taking funds
designed to help low-income people afford contraception and other
reproductive healthcare and funneling it to anti-choice, anti-science fake
women's health centers.
We can't let them get away with this disgusting attack on reproductive
freedom. [ [link removed] ]Join us in raising our voices against this by demanding
Congress stop HHS from using tax-payer dollars to fund
politically-motivated anti-choice clinics NOW. Thanks - Stephanie

John—
This is outrageous.
In one of its latest attacks on reproductive health, the Trump
administration has diverted Title X funding to fake women's health centers
that use lies and deception to mislead women.^1
Title X was created to help low-income patients afford contraception like
the pill, IUDs, or the implant. Almost four million people in this country
rely on Title X to access contraception and other healthcare, like STI
tests and pap smears.^2
Now, thanks to the domestic gag rule, the Trump administration is
funneling money to politically-motivated, anti-choice organizations like
Obria, a California-based chain of clinics that discourage women from
using hormonal birth control (like the pill) and promote procedures like
“abortion pill reversal” that are not backed by medical science.^3
We’re fighting back.
NARAL Pro-Choice America is joining a coalition of progressive
organizations to fight for reproductive freedom by demanding Congress stop
the Department of Health and Human Services from awarding Title X funds to
Obria and other anti-birth-control, anti-abortion fake clinics.
[ [link removed] ]Add your name to demand Congress stop Trump’s gag rule from funneling
Title X funds to anti-choice, anti-birth-control fake women’s health
centers.
Because of the domestic gag rule, more than 1 in 5 Title X providers —
including Planned Parenthood and four state governments — have been forced
to opt out of the program because they rightfully refuse to hide
information from their patients or stop referring patients for abortion.^4
It’s all part of the Trump administration’s scheme to make abortion access
impossible, using women’s lives and health to score political points with
the extreme anti-choice donors who bankroll his presidency.^5
Anti-choice extremists are only interested in controlling our bodies and
decisions. That’s why it’s not at all surprising that their attacks on
abortion have led directly to attacks on contraception.
When we’re in control of our reproductive health, we’re empowered to make
decisions about our education, our careers, and our lives. No one else can
make these decisions for us — and no one should mislead and lie to us
about the full range of reproductive health options in order to fulfill a
political agenda.
[ [link removed] ]That’s why it’s urgent to tell Congress to stop HHS from funding
anti-choice, politically-motivated fake women’s health centers that lie to
women.
