Dear Supporter,
Nov. 3 marks the 2020 general election. This election is critical as it is a presidential election year and several other key federal and state officials are on the ballot. COVID-19 concerns make this election particularly significant as public officials will make important decisions, both local and national, impacting our children and families.
You can participate by:
-
Checking your registration status.
-
Completing your voter registration online before Oct. 18. Or register and vote in-person at early voting locations or at your polling place through Nov. 3.
-
Voting by mail by Oct. 15. Because of COVID-19, many are deciding to vote by mail so it’s highly encouraged that mail-in ballots are requested at least two weeks before the Oct. 29 deadline. The Illinois State Board of Elections is anticipated to receive overwhelming requests to vote by mail.
-
Voting in-person, either early or on election day.
-
Encouraging others to vote!
Visit the Illinois Board of Elections for more information. Not an Illinois resident? Find your state’s election authority.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our children and families! |
