He voted to defund Planned Parenthood and confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, putting Roe v. Wade in danger.2

In his first election, Sen. Gardner lied his way into office, making voters think he would support reproductive freedom.3 But there's no way we're going to let Gardner get away with hiding his record again in 2020.

When Gardner ran for the Senate in 2014, he knew his anti-choice record wouldn't go over well with the voters in Colorado. So he lied about his record and told women he would fight to make birth control more available.
But once in office, he did the opposite.
Gardner voted to defund Planned Parenthood. He also voted to confirm Trump's most extreme judicial nominees, including Wendy Vitter, who has spread lies, including that abortion causes cancer. And most damaging of all, he voted for Brett Kavanaugh, creating an anti-choice majority on the Supreme Court that could end Roe v. Wade.4
Now Sen. Gardner is trying to bury his anti-choice record AGAIN with a last-minute bill that he claims will make birth control more accessible, when it does nothing of the sort.5 We're not going to let him lie his way into another six years in the Senate.
