Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell are rushing to fill the Supreme Court vacancy before Election Day. But Senator Chuck Schumer has the power to bring this process to a halt by using every procedural tool in the toolbox. We can stop this shameful and hypocritical power grab, but we need Senator Schumer to do his job now to stop Trump and McConnell from filling RBG's seat with an anti-LBGTQ+ and anti-Obamacare judge.

We can take the Supreme Court back for the people but we need you to fight for us. We need you to protect our healthcare, protect the right to choose, protect LGBT rights, and protect immigrants. I need Senator Schumer to do his job and stand up for the American people now.

There are three things you can do now:

-Block McConnell from adjourning the Senate and sidelining democracy! Use all of your tools to halt this sham process
-Start talking to Senate rules experts to plan your effort to stop this illegitimate confirmation process
-Convene a team of 11 senators ready to take the floor at any second and block them over and over again
