The fight for Medicaid expansion in Virginia was a textbook example of the shameless obstructive tactics the GOP has deployed at every level across the country - even when it put Americans' health at risk.

Virginianss overwhelmingly supported expanding access to health care. But Republicans ignored their voices for YEARS.
