Yesterday, Donald Trump reiterated his desire for the Supreme Court to strike down the Affordable Care Act -- and as usual, provided no actual plan for a replacement.

Trump Tweet: Obamacare will be replaced with a MUCH better, and FAR cheaper, alternative if it is terminated in the Supreme Court. Would be a big WIN for the USA!

Here's the reality we face:

-If Trump's new nominee is confirmed to the Supreme Court before Election Day, there will be enough right-wing justices to gut the ACA when the case comes before the Court on November 10th.
-Without the ACA, coverage for 300,000 people with pre-existing conditions in NY-24 is at risk.
-John Katko supports this rushed and undemocratic confirmation process -- and in doing so has turned his back on his constituents.

We need a representative who will defend our healthcare, and that representative is not John Katko. The polls show we can beat him, but Dana needs to make her end-of-quarter goal on Wednesday to have the resources for the final weeks of the campaign.
