Last week, the Republican Governors Association retweeted GOP governors across the country who pledged to honor the life of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg by lowering their flags to half-staff.

But all of those governors have conveniently forgotten that they could do much more to honor her life -- like expanding reproductive choice for people in their states.

This is why state leadership is so important: Governor Inslee is Washington's most important line of defense to protect our constitutional rights -- regardless of what happens at the Supreme Court.

But the RGA isn't just sending a few tweets. They're preparing to spend their historically large war chest to beat back Democratic progress -- and we are one of the very few states where they can go on offense. The attacks are coming, and now more than ever, we have to be prepared.
