Team -

Donald Trump just announced his pick to fill Ruth Bader
Ginsburg's seat on the Supreme Court, Amy Coney Barrett.

Judge Coney Barrett is a conservative ideologue hand-picked by
right-wing organizations. Her past rulings and writings make it
clear that the Affordable Care Act and Roe v. Wade are on the
chopping block the minute she is placed on the Supreme Court.

Under no circumstances can we allow Trump and McConnell to so
dangerously skew the make-up of the Supreme Court without input
from the American people.

Add your name if you agree: This vacancy should not be filled
until ballots have been cast and counted, and a president is
inaugurated in January 2021.

There are just 38 days until Election Day - the careful
consideration of a Supreme Court justice with a lifetime
appointment should not be jammed through the Senate at the last
minute.

Justice Ginsburg herself said her "most fervent wish is that I
will not be replaced until a new president is installed."

The voters should pick a President, and that President should
select a successor to Justice Ginsburg. It's just that simple.

Sign on now to demand the Senate respect Ginsburg's dying wish
and the voice of the American people by waiting until after
Inauguration Day to vote on a new justice.
