41 GOP senators publicly opposed filling a Supreme Court vacancy during the 2016 election year. Tell them to stand by their OWN words now in 2020 and not to be the worst kind of hypocrites.

John,

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg used her final words to try to protect democracy by urging our leaders not to install a new justice until after the next president is inaugurated.

It's a sentiment that Mitch McConnell SHOULD also share … since he said the same thing in public statements to justify blocking President Obama's nominee Merrick Garland for more than 10 months in 2016.

In a stunning act of hypocrisy, Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump are plowing ahead to fill Justice Ginsburg’s seat on the U.S. Supreme Court with another extremist, even as voting in the 2020 election has already begun!

Trump’s nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett was handpicked to carry out the GOP’s agenda to repeal the Affordable Care Act and end legal abortion in this country.

We cannot let her be confirmed!

Convincing McConnell to do the right thing is a lost cause, but there are 40 other GOP senators who made public statements in 2016 not to fill a Supreme Court vacancy in an election year.

We only need to convince two more of them to stand by their OWN words, and we can stop this sham nomination.

Click here to send an email to these 40 senators urging them not to be the worst kind of hypocrites. Tell them to abide by their own words and not to sacrifice country over cunning, calculated political opportunism.

Take Action

Thank you!
