RBG made life better for every American, including our service-members. In the 70s, she fought the Air Force so that women who became pregnant weren’t forced to leave their jobs or terminate their pregnancy. She later fought to open up government-funded military colleges to women candidates.
Now, despite their refusal to even consider Obama’s pick in 2016, Trump and Republicans are forcing through his Supreme Court pick less than 50 days before the election!
We should honor her legacy by making sure she gets a replacement the right way, not rushed in hypocritically at the last minute. We cannot let a Trump-like candidate get through if we want to build progress for service-members, vets, and everyone else.
