Ronald Cohen (@sirronniecohen ([link removed]) ) is a philanthropist, venture capitalist, private equity investor, and social innovator, who is driving forward the global Impact Revolution. For nearly two decades, his initiatives have catalyzed global efforts to drive private capital to serve social and environmental good. He serves as Chairman of the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment and The Portland Trust.

He is a co-founder of Social Finance UK, USA, and Israel; and co-founder Chair of Bridges Fund Management and former co-founding Chair of Big Society Capital. He chaired the G8 Social Impact Investment Taskforce (2013-2015), the UK Social Investment Task Force (2000-2010) and the UK’s Commission on Unclaimed Assets (2005-2007).

Gayle Jennings-O'Byrne is a builder capitalist ([link removed]) , investor and published author who works with entrepreneurs to help them build and grow successful companies and with the investors /allies who are eager to support them. She hosts VCs off the Record, podcast that provides real talk by real investors for both entrepreneurs and investors.

With over 20+ years of wall street, technology, philanthropy, training and professional speaking experience, Gayle (Gay-lä) trains entrepreneurs on investor pitches and accessing the RIGHT capital at the RIGHT time.

Gayle invests in women of color entrepreneurs (“WOCstars”) and diverse teams through the WOCstar Fund, an early stage venture fund that she co-founded.

A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, the University of Michigan and attendee of the National University of Singapore and City of London Polytechnic.

His ability to spot emerging trends in technology and how they can be used for the betterment of society and the environment have caused him to be considered a leading expert in the field.
