Dear John,

I want to be sure that you saw your invitation below to Audacious Ambition, a special virtual event honoring AJC CEO David Harris for 30 years of reimagining global Jewish advocacy.

Thank you to those who have already committed to taking part in this milestone event. If you have not yet done so, there is still time. I invite you to visit the Audacious Ambition website, where you can learn more about the ways you can participate. [link removed]

As a member of the AJC community, you have seen firsthand the impact of AJC’s work, in the U.S. and Europe, in Asia and the Arabian Gulf, and everywhere in between. You know that AJC, with David Harris at the helm, will never stop dreaming big and fighting hard—not when it comes to the security of Israel and Jewish communities around the world. It is that bold vision and unmatched determination that we will “come together” to celebrate on October 7.

I hope you will join us by making a contribution of $1,250 or more to AJC’s 2020 campaign. [link removed] Your gift will help ensure that AJC can continue its work as the global advocate of the Jewish people, building coalitions against hate and bigotry and standing up for our most deeply held values.

With sincere gratitude and warm wishes for a happy and healthy New Year,

Harriet P. Schleifer
AJC President

AJC CEO David Harris

Wednesday, October 7, 2020
7:30 - 8:30 p.m. ET

Thirty years ago, David Harris took the reins at AJC and revolutionized global Jewish advocacy. He had a vision for something bigger and bolder, and that vision is now a reality. Under David’s leadership, AJC has become the most influential and transformational force advancing Jewish interests throughout the world.

On October 7, we will come together virtually, along with distinguished guests, to honor David. We will reflect on some of the most important moments in Jewish history over the past three decades, milestones that were only achieved because AJC—and David—were leading the charge.

To all who share David’s values—a steadfast commitment to defending the Jewish people, Israel, and democracy—we invite you to join us. [link removed]

A minimum gift of $1,250 in 2020 is required to attend. For those contributing at a leadership level, AJC would be pleased to welcome you as a Vice Chair or Tribute Committee member and feature your name in the event’s virtual commemorative program. We would appreciate your reply by September 29 to ensure that your name is included.
