John,

Debates are important. They are the bedrock of our democracy. Debates are opportunities for voters to hear their candidates engage in the most important issues. It offers a window into what we as individuals can do for our constituents.

Scott Fitzgerald does not want a debate.

My team has called his office almost daily since the primary. We have sent emails. We have contacted them on social media. We even sent physical letters to his home and his office.

No response.

Fitzgerald is scared to debate. Plain and simple. This is where we need your help. We were hoping you could put the pressure on, call your local journalists, heck, call Fitzgerald and let him know you demand a debate. If you can, chip-in $5 or $25 so we can keep the pressure on.

Every dollar will go toward making this debate a reality and getting out our message to undecided voters across the district.

Scott Fitzgerald has been silent on some huge issues. Following George Floyd's murder, he stayed silent. West Allis just banned conversion therapy, and he stayed silent. Fitzgerald attended Trump boat parades where attendees waved signs claiming masks don't protect you from "the Covid-19 conspiracy", he stayed silent. Donald Trump reportedly called the troops "losers" and "suckers", Fitzgerald was silent.

We deserve to know what Scott Fitzgerald thinks about these issues. The voters deserve to hear an honest and open conversation. My promise to you is that I will lead with integrity, dedicate myself to decency, and I will listen to you.

I will not hide from debates, and I will lead with courage in Washington.

Forward together,

Tom Palzewicz
