Don’t waste another second! Sign up to testify in support of comprehensive rent control on September 24th. Today, September 22, is the last date to sign up.

Reclaim Rent Control is calling on all tenants and allies who know DC needs comprehensive rent control reform to come out to the hearing and demand more. We need stronger and expansive rent control reforms. We must also continue to push for a hearing on our Omnibus Bill.

With years of unstable housing and the current pandemic, our long term residents are at greater risk. We need to get 200 people to testify in support of comprehensive rent control on September 24th 12PM. *The hearing begins at 12pm, however you will be assigned to certain panels by the housing committee.

Here Is How You Sign-up To Testify:

**We received word from the council that they are no longer letting us do mass submissions! Persons who wish to testify are requested to either email the Committee at: Email: [email protected] or Telephone (202) 724-8198. You must register today!

Each witness will receive an individual Zoom invitation for the hearing in a separate e-mail. Witnesses are encouraged to submit an electronic version of their testimony to [email protected]. Oral testimony will be limited to 3 minutes.
