I know many of us are still reeling from Friday night's news of the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg. In times like this, we want to gather with our communities to mourn, share stories, and eventually strategize our next steps. So, I wanted to extend the invitation to today's virtual Lead with Lillian reception one last time, in case you would like to join together with our sisterhood of progressive, pro-choice people here in NC.

This event will feature an inspiring conversation with Valerie Jarrett, soulful music from NC's own Tift Merritt, the presentation of the Jane Allen Courage Award to the very deserving Rep. Sydney Batch, and more. I'm looking forward to taking this time to reflect on the progress we have made and gear up for the battles to come.
