Dear Friend — We are less than 50 days from the election!!
This year we have a lot on the ballot locally and nationally. We encourage you to take a minute to check your voter registration status and educate yourself on what will be on your ballot! ([link removed])

Register to vote at select NORD Rec Centers NOW through October 5th, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Although it's not finalized yet, we are on the way to a safer Emergency Election Plan! This week, a Federal Court ruled that Louisiana should allow more mail in ballots. This will reduce the number of people who must vote in person, which is especially important for our at-risk populations and anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19.
