John, As of today, we have 47 days until the November 3rd election, but only 9 days until absentee ballots start going out to voters. This November will be one of the most consequential elections of our lifetime, both nationally and in Michigan. Since 2011, our ability to turn our shared values into meaningful policy has been stymied by Republican control.  Here in Michigan, just FOUR House seats are all that stand between us and a Michigan that works towards opportunity for all. What legislation can we pass when Democrats have a majority in the State House? Protect clean drinking water Increase funding for public education Safeguard healthcare Lower prescription drug costs Improve Michigan's roads and infrastructure If we flip just FOUR State House seats in 2020, it's all on the agenda.
