What are the needs, especially of early stage companies and founders? What are the unique challenges they face? How can funders/investors proactively address and respond to the power dynamics that exist when engaging with entrepreneurs of color, especially when the power and capital imbalance is rooted is generations of systemic racism and white supremacy.
