Good Evening Everyone,

Hope this email finds you all well! The next chapter meeting will be held
via Zoom on Thursday, September 17th at 7 PM. Please be sure to show up as
we will be discussing campaign updates as well as long range strategy and
goals over the next six months (give or take) of the Ecosocialism/Green New
Deal campaigns, the Housing Working Group, the Ranked Choice Voting
campaign, the Medicare for All campaign (tentatively), Defunding the Police
& Invest in Pittsfield, the DSA Recruiting Drive, and a new reading group
around Jane McAlevey’s book “No Shortcuts: Organizing for Power in the New
Gilded Age”.
A discussion will also be held on the upcoming general election, to
determine how we as a collective should vote and how we should advise our
neighbors, friends and family, and communities to vote, as well as our
strategy going forward depending on the outcome.
