The American people want solutions – not an endless litany of thoughts and prayers without subsequent action. The Assault Weapons Ban is an important step toward stopping the mass shootings that claim so many lives each year. And we have the data to back it up. A 2018 study found that mass shooting fatalities were 70 percent less likely to occur during the decade the Assault Weapons Ban was in place. The need for action is clear!! This is the most important election of our lifetimes, and a critical opportunity to reinstate the Assault Weapons Ban once and for all. We must elect leaders who will do the right thing and pass live-saving legislation to stop the gun violence crisis that plagues too many communities across the nation. Thank you, Gun Safety PAC
