Cruelty-Free Education Petition to Oregon Board of Education and Superintendent of Public Instruction

In time for the start of the 2019-2020 school year in Oregon, on September 3rd the Animal Law Offices of Adam P. Karp and United Poultry Concerns filed a petition for rulemaking with Oregon’s Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction and the Oregon State Board of Education proposing substantive and vital humane education changes to K-12 classrooms in accordance with Oregon’s statutory mandate.
