The tyrants just pushed back against the Ninth Circuit's recent magazine ban ruling in a big way. 

Anti-gun AGs from 17 states just filed an amicus brief in support of California's unconstitutional and baseless ban on your magazines.

The states represented in the brief include: Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington.

Fight Back!

This latest action by the tyrants further complicates efforts to fully repeal the magazine ban.

As you know, the court will now consider the arguments put forward by these tyrants in Duncan v. Becerra (a case in which CGF filed a critical brief).

However, we are not about to let this slap to the face go unanswered. They just hit us, and we have to hit back!
