Dear Friend — Did you know that each person counted in the 2020 Census brings $2,291 of federal funding back to our community?
The census is every 10 years and we were at a severe disadvantage in 2010 while we struggled to rebuild our communities. Now is our chance to re-claim some of those federal dollars that we so desperately need.
The census takes 10 minutes or less to complete online! ([link removed]) When you click this link you will need to know the following information to complete the census:
* Your address;
* Your phone number;
* Name, DOB, gender and racial makeup of each person living in your home on April 1, 2020 (regardless of age i.e. count the babies!);
* The type of home it is (house, apartment, mobile home);
* Relation of each person to the head of household filling out the form (you)
* It will NOT ask for your social security number or if you are a citizen

The deadline is now September 30th!

* Housing (including Section 8)
* Education (including HeadStart)
* Infrastructure (including bridges and highways)
