Hank Gilbert for Congress

,

February 7th feels like it was two lifetimes ago. Before the lockdowns. Before schools, restaurants, and bars closed. Before we couldn’t hold our loved ones. We had no idea what was coming.

But Trump did.

Journalist Bob Woodward has Trump on tape admitting that he knew the virus was deadly, airborne, incredibly contagious, “more deadly than even your strenuous flus.” On February 7th. Trump knew the coronavirus had the potential to be as deadly as the 1918 pandemic.

But instead of warning us, he lied to our faces. He told us a few weeks later to “treat this like a flu... It’s a little like the regular flu that we have flu shots for.” He told us there was nothing to worry about.

Trump knew. Before we even had our first confirmed death, Trump knew exactly what the American people were heading into. But he downplayed the hell out of it. He even went as far as publicly shaming health experts, making fun of people who wore masks -- and held rally after rally packed with thousands of his own supporters. What a disgrace.

This makes me sick to my stomach. Trump is a two-faced traitor with nearly 200,000 deaths on his hands. Anybody who betrays the American people like this should be kicked out of office ASAP. Pitch in $25 or whatever you can today to help us bring accountability back to this country on November 3rd >>>

Here’s the verdict -- Donald Trump doesn’t give a damn about the American people. He only cares about staying in power. But he can’t lie his way out of this one -- it’s all on tape!

We can’t afford another 4 years of this. We need to fight back harder than ever on November 3rd and kick all of Trump’s spineless sycophants, grifters, liars, and groveling yes-men out of office. Starting with Louie Gohmert. Let’s do this >>>

I’m running for Congress because I believe we need a Congressman who will bring a good dose of East Texas values to the halls of Congress. When I’m elected to Congress, I’ll fight for enhanced funding for rural healthcare, massive student loan reform, and economic policies that make sense for East Texas. - Hank
