Team – Donald Trump thinks that the Americans who gave their lives for our nation are “losers.” Donald Trump doesn’t think our dedicated servicemembers – who put their safety on the line to protect the homeland – deserve our respect. These are depraved comments – comments that should never come out of the mouth of the commander-in-chief. But they are just the latest in Donald Trump’s long history of disrespect for our military and those who have served our nation. Donald Trump got a doctor’s note to dodge service in the Vietnam War. Donald Trump said nothing when Vladimir Putin put a bounty on our troops. Donald Trump has applied the “loser” moniker to John McCain, a former POW. And all the way back in the 2016 campaign, he belittled Gold Star father Khizr Khan. He is not fit to be commander-in-chief. Period.
