John—

Mike Pence just stepped off the stage at a campaign event with Susan B. Anthony List after visiting a fake women’s health center in North Carolina. Before he leaves Raleigh, I need you to know what these events mean for his and Donald Trump’s re‑election strategy, and what reproductive freedom voters (like you and me!) have to do about it:

Pence is trying everything he can to rile up his extremist base, doubling down on anti‑choice rhetoric and cozying up to the Radical Right. This strategy has worked before and it will work again — if we don't stop it.

This November, we can reject this anti-choice agenda of control and disinformation all across this country — including defeating extremist Senator Thom Tillis right in North Carolina in a race that is currently TIED. 1 That can't happen if we don't do the work right now to build the largest electoral program in NARAL’s history. We can’t wait on the sidelines, John.

So as one of our strongest supporters, I am asking you to do something really important today: Rush a donation to NARAL’s 2020 Reproductive Freedom Fund to defeat Donald Trump, Mike Pence, and the GOP this November. [[link removed]]

One of the most ironic aspects of today’s events is this: New NARAL polling shows 80% of voters in North Carolina agree that any decision about pregnancy should be made by the pregnant person with the support of those they love and trust 2 — and yet the fake women’s health center Pence visited explicitly denies their patients the option of abortion care and spreads dangerous disinformation instead.

The final sprint towards Election Day is here. Pence knows that his and Trump’s path back to the White House runs through North Carolina, and that there’s also a key tossup Senate race there that could decide control of the Senate.

With voters already requesting ballots in key battleground states like North Carolina, we urgently need to ramp up our digital organizing work to reach and mobilize every single reproductive freedom voter possible.

Show Pence and anti-choice extremists the strength of our movement in North Carolina and across the country by making a donation to the 2020 Reproductive Freedom Fund before he leaves Raleigh. [[link removed]]
