More Women Than Ever Are Running For Office. But Are They Winning Their Primaries? "The data suggests that groups like Elise Stefanik's EPAC and Winning For Women are off to a promising start in their attempt to bring gender diversity to the GOP. Their next big test becomes how many of these women will win in November." ![]() Data collected from FiveThirtyEight highly suggests that support from outside groups is making a difference. To determine this, they collected information about candidates in every Senate, House and governor primary and tracked key endorsements. Number of Republican Women Could Increase in House but Not Senate.

W4W Action Fund Launches New Ads This week, W4W Action Fund, the political arm of W4W, launched its first TV ads for November’s elections. The ads support State Senator Stephanie Bice (OK-5), who’s taking on Democratic Rep. Kendra Horn, and attack Iowa Democratic Rep. Abby Finkenauer, who’s facing off against GOP State Rep. Ashley Hinson.
