This Labor Day, we celebrate all the hard working men and women across the
United States. Let us join together as we recognize the social and economic
achievements of the American labor force who have made sacrifices to better
their lives and their families' lives as they attain the American dream.
It is this very effort that contributes to the prosperity of our great
nation, and I'm honored to acknowledge everyone in our proud workforce.

Another beautiful summer night for a movie under the stars at Bayside
Fields on Friday. Thank you to Northwest Bayside Civic and the Parks
Department for being great community partners and helping make the event a
success!

This packed house felt the rhythm at Selfhelp Clearview Senior Center's End
of Summer Celebration on Tuesday! Thanks as always to this great
organization for putting on the best events around for our seniors!

Exploring Our College Point Waterfront
Pleasure touring the new Allura Waterfront Residence in College Point on
Wednesday. This new development will have a promenade for public waterfront
access and could be a great location for ferry service!
