With the increase in legal marijuana use, both medicinal and recreational, employers are facing new challenges to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
Dr. Kamer will review the history of marijuana’s impact on the workplace over the past 30 years; synthesize recent scientific studies on the nature and time course of impairment caused by THC; present real world examples of marijuana use in the workplace; and discuss proposed guidelines.
