Rachel Payne is a technology executive, entrepreneur, investor, inventor and philanthropist. Rachel is Managing Director, Head of Innovation and Technology at FullCycle, a growth equity fund that invests in climate solutions. Rachel served as a Board Director for BRAC USA (BRAC is ranked #1 NGO), CREDO Mobile, KCET and dashboard.earth. She teaches at U.C. Berkeley and mentors with Techstars. Rachel was on the founding team of Google.org and created the blueprint for a hybrid corporate philanthropy and investment fund focused on Global Development and Climate Change. While at Google, Rachel led International Business Operations in Emerging Markets, living and working in sub-Saharan Africa as Country Manager on the Africa Regional Leadership Team. She accepted Google's first award at Mobile World Congress (“Best Mobile Apps for Economic and Social Development”) in 2010 for her team's work with Grameen Tech Center and MTN Uganda. She later became Principal, Global Strategic Alliances, managing
Google’s important strategic partnerships. In 2012, Rachel left Google to start FEM, a mission-driven IP holding company backed by Javelin Venture Partners, Disney and Stanford StartX. In 2015 at the Disney Techstars Accelerator, her team launched Prizma, an AI Platform for Enterprise Customers in Media, Entertainment, Telecom and Technology, which was acquired by Nielsen / Gracenote. Rachel ran for U.S. Congress in the 2018 Midterm Elections in California's 48th District.
Lily S. Trager is an Executive Director and the Director of Investing with Impact and Head of Impact Solutions for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
Since 2006, Lily has dedicated her career to sustainable and impact investing. Lily joined Morgan Stanley in 2014. In her current role, Lily works to provide individual, family and institutional clients with investment products, solutions, research and tools to capture the opportunities and mitigate risks posed by key sustainability and impact themes.
Previously, Lily worked for Veris Wealth Partners in New York, a Registered Investment Advisory focused exclusively on serving clients with interest in sustainable and impact investing, most recently as Head of Research & Due Diligence. Lily began her career at Cambridge Associates in Boston, where she worked on teams overseeing $3.9 billion in nonprofit, high-net-worth and foundation investment portfolios.
Lily was named to the 2018 class of MAKERS @ Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, a recognition that celebrates women who are ground breakers, advocates, and innovators in their given field.
Lily earned a M.B.A in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School (formerly Bainbridge Graduate Institute) and her B.A. in Anthropology from Bates College. She also co-founded Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE), a professional networking group in New York City with chapters in Boston, Washington DC, San Francisco, Toronto, London, Los Angeles and Philadelphia
Andrew Lee joined UBS Global Wealth Management's Chief Investment Office in July 2012 and is Head of Sustainable and Impact Investing. He and his team support clients globally with advice, strategy and thought leadership on incorporating sustainability considerations into investments. Andrew also oversees the Americas thematic investing team. Prior to his current role, he was Deputy Global Head of the CIO Ultra High Net Worth/ Alternatives/ Sustainable and Impact Investing group, with specific responsibility for the impact investing and private markets teams. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has been quoted in various publications including Barron's, Bloomberg, Reuters, the Financial Times, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Andrew is a Managing Director based in New York.
Prior to joining UBS, Andrew was Managing Director overseeing investments for a private New York based single family office. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing asset allocation, theme development, due diligence and execution of all direct and indirect investments for the family investment vehicles. Previously, Andrew was part of a long/short equity hedge fund team at Deutsche Asset Management . Before this, he worked at Lazard in the generalist banking (M&A) and real estate private equity groups.
Andrew has a MBA from the Wharton School and an AB from Harvard College.
