Last night, the Republican National Convention doubled down on Trump’s claim that he’s:
"...taking care of veterans like they’ve never been taken care of before.”
Meanwhile, Trump is undercutting veterans’ biggest employer and source for most of their Rx drugs, the USPS, and millions of veterans are suffering under his botched pandemic response.
At the same time, his Department of Veterans Affairs is facing allegations of racism in care, he’s ignoring female veterans’ claims of sexual assault there, and his poorly designed plan for an alternative to VA medical care failed.
So, yes, he’s taking care of veterans like they’ve never been taken care of before – by making their lives harder.
