I know a fundraising email isn’t the first thing you want to be reading in the morning, so I’ll be quick.

This week, my team and I are going to spend every moment we can preparing for our FEC End-of-Quarter deadline on June 30th. We’ll be calling supporters, getting our ads up online, and yes, we’ll be sending more emails like this one.

But honestly? If tons of folks chip in to this specific email — I’m talking triple the usual amount of contributions — we may be able to pull back on the frequency of these emails (and wouldn’t we both like that?) If that’s a plan you’re on board with, please chip in $5 or $25 right away. National Republicans are practically salivating to see our fundraising report — so when our numbers go public, we really need to be in a position of strength.
