Oppose SB 1120, the rotten apple of 2020. It will harm your thriving, single-family street with senseless demolition and construction of 4 unaffordable houses where one house stands now. Call YOUR ASSEMBLYMEMBER HERE, and send an anti-SB 1120 LETTER HERE:

 

Oppose AB 725, a twin to SB 1120. It will harm your stable, thriving, single-family street about 2-3 years from now, a sleeper bill that comes with a nasty punch.

Oppose SB 1085. We wanted to like the amendments. But this “affordable housing” bill is a mess: Huge luxury projects with a MISERLY number of affordable units required. Why?

Oppose AB 2345, the twin to SB 1085. It allows enormous luxury developments without local review. Again, with a MISERLY number of affordable units inside. Why?

We urge you to back two smart housing bills not driven by vast developer cash. A relief!

 

Support SB 1299, Portantino, the one bill that addresses empty storefronts and economic downturn and REWARDS cities who replace idled buildings with housing!!

Support AB 168, a bill that protects tribal resources from the hands of state Sen. Scott Wiener.
