Folks – if you haven't heard about the leading GOP candidate for governor in Colorado, this is all you need to know:

We sure think it matters! 

If you agree that Victor Marx is wildly unfit to serve as our next governor and are ready to do everything in your power to defeat him, chip in right now to ensure Michael Bennet has the resources to win the primary, defeat Marx in November and keep Colorado blue.

We wish this was a joke.

But lulling ourselves into a false sense of security is the last thing we can afford to do.

Not when he's raised nearly 5X as much as the next Republican running, and all signs point to him advancing as the GOP nominee after June. 

So unless we want to repeat how we felt the day after Election Day 2016, we must take the risk of a shock Victor Marx upset very seriously. 

Michael's never lost to a GOP opponent and he has the best odds of beating this one too. But first, he has to win the Democratic primary on June 30 – and he can't do it without a groundswell of grassroots support.

Ahead of our critical mid-month deadline on Monday night – and against an unhinged dark-horse candidate who will receive help from national GOP dark-money groups – every dollar makes a difference for our people-powered movement. So friend, can we count on you?
