We fell short of our goal at exactly the wrong time -- with 71 days until the election and voter suppression efforts increasing by the day.

We MUST close the remaining gap, immediately. We need another $832 if we want to meet our projections. If we hit our goal, we can increase our efforts to turn legislation like the Voting Rights Advancement Act into law -- and work to ensure every eligible American can make their voice heard in November.

If we fall short again, we won’t be able to mount as effective an opposition against the Christian nationalists working behind the scenes of the Republican party. We won’t be able to push back as hard against the total takeover of our country.
