We are just getting ready to launch a big voter registration canvass, but it’s that time again when we ask for your support to help us reach our end-of-month grassroots fundraising goal. 

Julie is running a very different kind of campaign, without taking any PAC money. It's important to us that she's running this way, because it means that if we can change how campaigns are run, not only will it be great for Texas, but it will also mean that more people can be brought into this process.

It will mean that anyone with a vision for the future they want to see can run without having to cater to the needs of PACs. They won’t have to spend more time dialing for dollars than they spend on the road and knocking on doors, listening to the issues that matter the communities they want to serve and represent.

So we're asking if you can chip in to help us hit our month-end goal. We still need to raise $4,617 online today -- and we know that if enough people step up, we can reach it.
