One week from tonight, President Trump will accept the nomination as the Republican nominee for President of the United States.

Friend,

One week from tonight, President Trump will accept the nomination as the Republican nominee for President of the United States.

It's hard to believe that just four years ago, we were still reeling from eight years of a slow recovery under the Obama administration, the Affordable Care Act had already pushed health care prices out of control, and our military had been stripped of needed funding due to sequestration.

The election of President Trump sparked new hope for this nation and ushered in unprecedented job growth, a healthy economy, greater consumer confidence and a stronger military. The recent coronavirus has stripped away so many of the advances that we've seen in the past three years, but I'm confident that under President Trump and with Republican leadership in Congress, we can renew the American Dream, restore our way of life and rebuild the greatest economy ever.

The United States can't afford four years of socialist policies from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. The Democrats are ready to dismantle our institutions, defund our police and military, and destroy our small businesses and our history.

I'm looking forward to moving our party and our nation forward. Next week will be a celebration of what we've accomplished in the past and how we can move toward greatness in the coming years.

Sincerely,

Rep. Ron Estes
