They balance purpose and profit by voluntarily meeting comprehensive standards for good governance, worker practices, community involvement, environmental sustainability, and customer stewardship. Attendees will learn about what B Corps are, the certification process, and how B Corps provide a model for building a more just, inclusive, and equitable society.

 Carolina Miranda (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Cultivating Capital, a Certified California Green Business and B Corp since 2012. She specializes in helping companies align their business with their values by implementing sustainability and social impact initiatives, including certifying and recertifying as B Corps.
