Team – Donald Trump is doing everything he can to sabotage the United States Postal Service so that he can win reelection. It’s just that simple. Trump has repeatedly insinuated that voting by mail is fraudulent, calling the perfectly legal practice “bad, dishonest, and slow.” And last week, he admitted that cutting off funding for the USPS was in part to slow down Democrats’ outreach ahead of November. Now, photos are surfacing in cities around the country of mailboxes being carted away. ↘️↘️↘️
The USPS is an essential service and enshrined in our constitution. But now Social Security payments are running late, or even worse, not being delivered. Veterans are not receiving their medication. Grandparents aren’t able to send birthday cards to their grandkids. Packages, bills, paychecks – all slowed down.
