Dear Law Students,
Animal Law Conference and Student Convention Registration
Register now for the Student Convention! This two-day virtual event will provide an opportunity for law students to receive career advice from leaders in the animal law field, hear from student scholars on their animal law work, and network with law students from schools across the country. This event is open to current law students only.

Registration is now also open for the Animal Law Conference: Impacts on Animals in a Changing Climate. The conference is presented by the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Center for Animal Law Studies at Lewis & Clark Law School.
Student chapters can apply for registration grants for the Animal Law Conference and Student Convention.
Emergency Response Scholarships
The Animal Legal Defense Fund is currently accepting applications for its Emergency Response Scholarships. We recognize that law students now face unique and additional stressors during the COVID-19 pandemic, including financial stress that might increase barriers to continuing in law school. The Animal Legal Defense Fund Emergency Response Scholarships are available to Animal Legal Defense Fund student chapter members who have shown a commitment to protecting the lives and advancing the interests of animals through their chapter and are experiencing a financial hardship due to world events. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
