We’ve all seen how Trump has failed our military and veterans – despite his constant claims of supporting them. He’s let for-profit colleges prey on our vets, has called traumatic brain injuries suffered by our troops “headaches,” didn’t do anything to stop Russians from paying bounties to attack our troops in Afghanistan, and, most recently, has let – even encouraged – federal agents attack a vet peacefully protesting in Portland.
It’s up to us to turn this around, team.
This initiative was born out of the idea that we need to elect more people to Congress who will take a stand for our veterans – making sure the VA isn’t privatized, stopping for-profit institutions from taking advantage of them, etc. – and every donation made will bring us one step closer to that goal.
