Email from Stand for Democracy John, Andrey Sharkov, a Russian oligarch, is opening an ICE blacksite in Social Circle, GA (a town in my district) where migrants will be tortured and killed. This isn't hyperbole. Torture and murder is happening at these facilities. Look no further than the teenager held at Fort Bliss, TX, who had his testicles crushed while agents jammed fingers into his ears making him partially deaf. Or the blind man cruelly killed in Buffalo, NY last week. ICE is now set to open a prison 4x the size of Georgia's largest prison that will bring the horror ongoing at ICE detention centers across the nation into Georgia at an industrial scale.
