C. Jarrett Dieterle, Director of Commercial Freedom and Senior Fellow, R Street Institute
Jarrett is an alcohol policy expert at the R Street Institute think tank and the editor of DrinksReform.org, a website and newsletter dedicated to tracking and analyzing alcohol reform efforts across the country.

He also is a contributing drinks writer to the Richmond Times-Dispatch and has written about spirits, booze history, and questionable regulations for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Liquor.com, VinePair, and NPR’s The Salt. This September, his book Give Me Liberty and Give Me a Drink!, which provides a rollicking and recipe-packed tour of America's craziest alcohol laws, will be published by Artisan Books. He lives in Richmond, Virginia.

Cris Steller, Dry Diggings Distillery
Cris Steller runs Dry Diggings Distillery in El Dorado Hills, California and is a successful government relations advocate for the spirits and distillery industry. Cris worked to pass a number of changes to California state law regarding tasting rooms, including the first significant change to California liquor regulations since the Prohibition era.

He plays a large role in the California Artisanal Distillers Guild and got started in the distillery industry after a long career in association management. Cris began Dry Diggings Distillery in 2012.

Daniel Moffatt, Co-Owner and Head Brewer, Fountainhead Brewing Company
Daniel is the co-owner and head brewer at Fountainhead Brewing Company in Sacramento, California. Moffatt founded the brewery with his partner Mark Bojescu in 2016. The brewery is named for The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand.
