As we look ahead to our first end-of-quarter FEC fundraising deadline of the year — the first major deadline of the midterm election year — I want to be clear about what's at stake.

National Republicans are already gearing up to compete with everything they've got on a national level. The GOP machine is banking on complacency, on distraction, and on fatigue. Their hope is that we won't have the energy or resources as we get closer to Election Day.

With the first FEC end-of-quarter deadline of 2026 hitting at the end of the month, campaigns will set the tone until November 3rd. The numbers we report at the end of this quarter will show whether Democrats (including us!) are ready for the fight ahead. When people step up early, it changes everything.

When we the people step up, we can move mountains. Every single person who chips in any amount they can, every email opened, every volunteer sign-up, all of it, pushes us closer to the finish line to protect this seat and to take back our blue House majority.
