Sara Gideon is a pro-choice champion who is currently serving her second term as speaker of the Maine House of Representatives. She grew up in a family of immigrants, and she worked as an advertising account executive before entering politics.

Theresa Greenfield is a farm kid with farm values who put herself through college with financial aid and multiple part-time jobs. She now has four grown children, including a son who serves in the U.S. Army.
