Nate here, Mike’s Finance Director -- writing to update you about our fundraising efforts ahead of TONIGHT’S big end-of-month fundraising deadline.

As you know, we’ve had to fundraise a little differently lately. It’s been a challenge as Finance Director to have to cancel all of our in-person events, so this month we set a stretch goal of raising $25,000 in online contributions to help make up ground.

Right now we’re a bit behind, so I have to ask:

During these challenging times, I’m reminded what true leadership looks like and how important it is -- especially when it’s absent in the White House.

Mike’s been laser-focused on addressing COVID-19, but he’s also continuing to push forward policies that are important for CA-49 and working families everywhere. It’s easy to get distracted these days, but Mike is staying on the ball.

I’m still very proud of the fact we flipped this deep-red seat back in 2018, and I’m glad to be working for a leader like Mike. But we need to make sure we keep CA-49 blue in 2020 too.
