But there’s only one more day left in the month, we’re still $1,311 short of our $5,000 end-of-July goal, and we haven’t seen a donation from you yet (our sincerest apologies if we’re wrong -- our records can be slow to refresh. We know legislative victories like the passage of the NO BAN Act, the bill to repeal Trump’s bigoted Muslim travel ban, don’t come easy. It was a hard-fought victory to advance legislation first introduced over a year ago -- and it goes to show how a committed effort against religious bigotry produces real results in the halls of Congress.

We know our opponents in the Senate and in the executive branch will try everything they can to keep this bill from becoming law.

That’s why we need your help.

We’re demanding that the Senate pass the NO BAN Act. But alone, we won’t be able to grow support for reason and morality-based legislation in Congress. We won’t be able to amplify the voices of the disenfranchised people hurt most by the hateful ideology of the current administration.

We won’t be able to turn America around without you.

So please, if you don’t want to live in a country that bans immigrants on the basis of their religion -- if you don’t want to normalize the human rights abuses sanctioned by men like Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell -- if you’d like for us to expand our organization and score even more legislative victories against the far-right, give what you can now.
