We know that Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is one of the most powerful solutions to address homelessness and housing insecurity. We also know that adequately resourced PSH properties and best practices for operations are critical for keeping people housed and supporting good outcomes for residents.
Join us remotely TOMORROW from 12-1PM for our PSH Compendium Training, as we provide an overview of new resources and recommendations designed to help PSH properties thrive.
📓 NEW: PSH Research & Tools to Help Properties Thrive!
NPH’s PSH Working Group has undergone a five-year process to enhance the sustainability of the PSH model while retaining fidelity to an evidence-based Housing First model. The result of this work is our new Permanent Supportive Housing Working Group Compendium: Research, Resources, and Recommendations. We’ll provide a topline review of the Compendium in tomorrow’s training and share pointers on how to use its recommendations for the benefit of your property and residents. The Compendium shares:
✅ Operational tools and resources designed to strengthen our PSH community programs and services,
✅ Policy recommendations that can position regulating governing bodies and lawmakers with the best information and data to help defend the Housing First paradigm, and
✅ Shared resources, tools, and information to strengthen our programs and services overall from the practitioner perspective.
