Secretary Noem has dismantled civil rights oversight, ignored over 100 court orders, and blocked Congress from performing its constitutional duty. The time for oversight has passed; the time for impeachment is now.

We need to mount pressure on House Democrats and Republicans to demand they support the articles of impeachment (H.Res. 996), introduced by Representative Robin Kelly (IL-02). This resolution, which now has over 180 co-sponsors, seeks to impeach Kristi Lynn Arnold Noem for high crimes and misdemeanors, including obstruction of congressional oversight and the willful violation of constitutional protections.
